wedding checklist wedding guide

Planning a brunch for a bridal shower can be a terrific way to have an elegant, but simple and inexpensive party. The Claddagh ring has a special meaning in a traditional Irish wedding.

Choosing the rings together takes a great deal of pressure off of the couple because they do not have to worry that their spouse may not like the ring that is expected to last for their entire lifetime. There are many ideas for wedding gifts that the bride to be probably does not have on her registry. A destination wedding can be used as the opportunity to enjoy a long weekend with close friends in a convenient location.

A brunch will be easier to plan than a shower that is held late in the evening when a meal is expected. You could use the Internet and direct calls made to the caterer to learn about their availability, menu options and prices. Some brides choose two or three dresses that you would be happy with and allow the maid of honor to choose one dress from these options or allow the wedding party to vote on the options.

Remember that a shower usually takes at least eight weeks to plan, so give your self plenty of time to make necessary preparations. The maid of honor plays a much more important role than just walking down the aisle before the bride and holding her flowers during the ceremony.
